Giveaway Competition - Terms & Conditions - October 2023

Duration:

• The giveaway campaign will run for a duration of 2 weeks.

 

Prize:

• The prize for this giveaway is one (1) Kia Picanto rental for a period of one (1) month.
• The monetary value of the prize is AED 2,199, equivalent to the cost of renting a Kia Picanto for one month.
• Free delivery and collection
• The prize includes standard rental coverage and excludes additional services such as insurance or fuel.
• The winner will be liable for any extra charges including and not exclusive to non-rental charges.

 

Eligibility:

Participation is open to “New Customers” of eZhire who meet the following criteria:

• Must have a valid driving license.
• Must meet the age requirements for renting a vehicle as per local regulations.
• Must reside in a location where eZhire operates its services in UAE.

Entry Requirements:

To enter the giveaway, participants must:

• Follow eZhire's official Instagram account.
• Like the giveaway post.
• Share the post on their story.
• Tag a minimum of 2 friends in the comments section of the giveaway post.

 

Winner Selection:

• The winner will be selected through a random raffle draw from the pool of participants who have met all entry requirements.
• The draw will be conducted within 7  days after the campaign's end date.
• The winner will be announced on eZhire's official social media accounts and contacted privately for prize coordination.

Rights:

 

• eZhire reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the competition or any part of it if necessary, due to unforeseen circumstances or for any reason.
• eZhire reserves the right to disqualify any participant who does not adhere to the giveaway rules and conditions.

 

Liability:

 

• eZhire shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or injuries incurred by participants or winners during or as a result of the giveaway.

 

Additional Conditions:

 

• The Kia Picanto rental is subject to availability, and the winner must claim the prize within 14 days of being announced as the winner.
• The winner is responsible for any additional costs such as fuel, salik, parking fees, or any other non-rental charges incurred during the rental period.

 

Maximum Value:

 

• The Kia Picanto offered as a prize shall have a maximum value of 2,299 AED.
