Duration:

• The giveaway campaign will run for the month of January & February, starting on 08-01-2024 and ending on 29-02-2024.

 

Prize:

• The prize for this giveaway is one (1) Nissan Sunny or similar rental for a period of one (1) month.
• Free delivery and collection.
• The prize includes standard rental coverage and excludes additional services such as full insurance or fuel.
• The winner will be liable for any extra charges including and not exclusive to non-rental charges.

 

Eligibility:

Participation is open to “Everyone” who meets the following criteria:

• Must have a valid driving license.
• Must meet the age requirements for renting a vehicle as per local regulations.
• Must reside in a location where eZhire operates its services in UAE.

 

Entry Requirements:

To enter the giveaway, participants must:

• Share a dedicated post on your Social Media about eZhire along with your unique referral code/link from the eZhire app and tag us.
• Here's a guide on how you can get your referral code from the eZhire app.

 

Winner Selection:

• The winner will be selected through a random raffle draw from the pool of participants who have met the entry requirements.
• The draw will be conducted within 7  days after the campaign's end date.
• The winner will be announced on eZhire's official social media accounts and contacted privately for prize coordination.

 

Publicity Consent:

• By participating, entrants agree to allow eZhire to use their Instagram handle, post, and UGC for promotional purposes.

 

Rights:

• eZhire reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the competition or any part of it if necessary, due to unforeseen circumstances or for any reason.
• eZhire reserves the right to disqualify any participant who does not adhere to the giveaway terms and conditions.

 

Liability:

• eZhire shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or injuries incurred by participants or winners during or as a result of the giveaway.

 

Additional Conditions:

• The Nissan Sunny rental is subject to availability, and the winner must claim the prize within 14 days of being announced as the winner.
• The winner is responsible for any additional costs such as fuel, salik, parking fees, or any other non-rental charges incurred during the rental period.

• The Nissan Sunny offered as a prize shall have a maximum value of dhs. 2000.
