I travelled to dfw last weekend and there were absolutely no cars available with all the rental cars company or the few available were too expensive for my budget. I finally downloaded the ezhire app to try and I was very happy to have found a vehicle at a great rate. It was a lot easier than I had anticipated. I will surely be a regular customer. What a pleasant experience. The process was easy and the all rental is manageable through app but i asked for help to the customer seervice of eZhire as it was my first time to rent a car via any app,customer support team helped me in a great way and also i felt there is no need to ask for something as app is well updated and every option is available there.The vehicle I rented was in excellent mechanical condition and great inside and out.There was no security deposit and rates were very less.

I continue to use ezhire car rental because of their quick responses, good booking promos and also their extra full cover protection offer. I have been able to cancel bookings and rebook for another location in UAE or change of date very easily and the refund is credited to my card within a week. Ezhire insures the best quality of customer service This was my first time with ezhire and it went very well. The cutomer service agent was so nice and the whole thing went smoothly. We've rented with this company multiple times in Dubai without incident. Everything promised was delivered. Just be sure you read the booking/price/conditions before you rent. If it says non-refundable it's non-refundable. If it says cancel for free, it may take the banking institution a while to process. Read the agreement before you rent always. For the most part I've gotten the best prices with the company.

I’ve used them for car rental Dubai. The online process was straightforward and easy. The real test though is always at the other end of the process when one actually goes to pick-up the vehicle. That said, I've had no issues in the past and am optimistic that will be the case again this time. Also, the prices were considerably lower than what I was seeing going directly to the rental car company websites or to other rental car search engines.

Great app for car rental, no deposit, with or without delivery option, delivery will be 37Aed, first rental monthly basis, renewal we can done daily or weekly basis, highly recommend, no hidden charges, friendly staffs and they will remind you for renewal. We need to sign a consent form for to allow them to deduct money from credit card, they will deduct fine amount or salik charges from credit card without informing us, makusure card have enough balance, no need to give deposit in advance....
