The Nissan Micra’s boot can hold 1,004 liters if both back seats are folded down (using buttons beside the headrests). That’s more than the 952-liter Polo but less than the 1,093-litre Fiesta and 1,120-litre Corsa, so a bike will fit, but you’ll have to remove a wheel first.

What’s it like to be behind the wheel?
The Nissan Micra is one of the most comfortable compact cars to drive, and it’s also surprisingly quiet when moving, but it’s no rocket.
Performance and Economy
The Nissan Micra is available with one diesel engine, three different petrol engines, and a five- or six-speed manual or a CVT automatic transmission.
If you mostly drive around town, go for the 100hp 1.0-liter petrol; it’s not precisely speedy, but it’s powerful enough to feel zippy around town and is always smooth and quiet. It renders them a more powerful 117hp 1.0-liter engine obsolete.
The Nissan Micra’s mild steering makes it easy to weave through congested city streets, but the pillar between the front door and the glass causes a large blindspot – notably when pulling out of intersections.
The N-Sport and Tekna models have rear parking sensors and a reverse camera to help you avoid any bumps and scrapes. On lower trims, these are also available as an option.
Optional Vision+ pack comes with a 360-degree camera system that provides a bird’s-eye view of the car and its surroundings on the infotainment display, so you can impress your friends. It’s something you’d expect to find in a high-end SUV, not a Nissan Micra.
